Hyperscale discipline, local response
Hyperscale experience
Our engineers were trained in large-scale cloud data center operations, where procedure, documentation, and safety are non-negotiable.
Proactive by default
We run quality checks before every deployment and flag issues and improvements before they turn into outages.
Documented work
Every ticket closes with photos, notes, and asset updates, so you always know what was touched and why.
Security-minded
We follow site access and escort procedures exactly, handle data-bearing devices carefully, and keep chain of custody on everything we move.
Flexible engagement
Hourly, block-of-hours retainer, fixed-scope project, or managed operations. You pay for what you use.
Local to Data Center Alley
Based in Sterling, VA, minutes from the Ashburn campuses, which means fast dispatch and no travel markup for NoVA sites.
Comfortable with the gear you run
Field experience across major server, storage, and network platforms, including high-density GPU systems.
Where do you need us?
Our home base is Northern Virginia, with same-day and next-day dispatch across the Loudoun and Prince William corridors. For projects elsewhere, we travel to the site.

Common questions
How quickly can you get on site?
For Northern Virginia facilities, scheduled work is typically same-week, and urgent tickets can often be handled same-day depending on site access. Response commitments are spelled out in retainer agreements.
How do you bill?
Ad hoc work is billed hourly with a per-visit minimum. Retainers give you a monthly block of hours at a reduced rate with priority dispatch. Deployments and decommissions can be quoted as fixed-scope projects.
Do you work in colocation facilities?
Yes. We work in colocation and enterprise facilities, and we follow each site's access, escort, and change procedures.
How do you handle data-bearing devices during decommissions?
Drives and other data-bearing devices are inventoried by serial number, kept under chain of custody, and either returned to you or handed to your designated ITAD or destruction vendor with documentation.
Can you follow our runbooks and ticketing system?
Yes. We can work from your MOPs, runbooks, and ticketing system, or provide our own documentation if you don't have them.
Do you support work outside Virginia?
Yes, on a project basis. Travel costs are quoted up front.
